#Summertime with Accor

Summer is in full swing in Australia and there's no better way to celebrate than with a staycation! Sydney is an iconic city with an array of different neighbourhoods. Whether you want those cruisy beach vibes or iconic city skyline views, Sydney has the perfect staycation spot!
With so many incredible beaches in Sydney, one of my absolute favourites is Manly.
Start your morning off right by checking into the Novotel Sydney Manly Pacific Hotel located across from Manly beach. The rooms are incredibly spacious and have stunning views over Manly beach. Grab a coffee at Bistro Manly before heading to the beach!
If you're feeling adventurous, the Manly Surf School is within walking distance of the hotel. The Surf school accommodates beginner through to advanced surfers. They provide wetsuits, boards, and helpful tips for surfing! You'll be riding waves in no time! Click here to book your surfing lesson.

After surfing, you'll work up an appetite and the best place for a delicious lunch is the Bistro Manly! The menu offers a variety of healthy lunch options like grilled salmon with a fresh watermelon salad, cauliflower and halloumi, and grilled chicken and vegetables. Everything was absolutely delicious!
If you're wanting more of a city staycation, the Novotel Sydney Darling Harbour is at the perfect location! With amazing views over Darling Harbour and only walking distance to the biggest malls in Sydney, this hotel is hard to beat! The rooms were incredibly spacious and we enjoyed an extremely restful night overlooking the skyline of Sydney.
While staying at the hotel, eating at The Ternary is a must! It's the restaurant located on the first floor of the Novotel Sydney on Darling Harbour. We enjoyed a menu filled with fresh vegetables and seafood. The cocktails are pretty good too! My favourite is the Flower Power cocktail- a vodka and Chambord drink garnished with edible flowers.
After you've enjoyed a laidback meal at the Ternary, enjoy an evening stroll along the boardwalk at Darling Harbour. On Saturday nights, you'll be dazzled by the entertaining fireworks located just outside the hotel on Darling Harbour. Heading back to the room is so easy and we had the best night of sleep ever. In the morning, make sure to enjoy the breakfast at the Ternary. The buffet breakfast is versatile and delicious!
